A sustainability campaign launched at all Vancouver Whitecaps home games during the 2009 season, the campaign uses Whitecaps players to spread the simple (& true) message that “Recycling Is Awesome.” The largest of it’s kind by any professional sports team in Canada, the campaign includes; stadium signage & wayfinding systems, awareness materials, audio PSA’s & TV commercials.
